What is Chakras in human body ? How to activate Chakras ?

Chakras maybe you listened once about this word. Human body have many things which we don’t know about or sometimes we don’t pay much attention to it. So i am here to give you some knowledge about chakras.There are seven chakras in human body and it plays very important role in human life. All chakras are present in human body’s upper part along with human’s spine it are located in base of the spine to the crown of the head.Let’s know first what the chakras are and what does it mean.
in sanskrit chakras mean wheel or circle.In human body there is 7 chakras. They all mean somthing and does give impression on human bodies.Human body is really like a puzzle it have so much secrets and chakras is one of that secrect. but not really. if you have took some therapy or yoga classes you listened the word chkras. Now the question is what is chakras. Simply chkras are discs present in which refers to energy points. From the ancient times ”RISHI AND MUNIS” OR ”SAGE” practice these.These disks of spinning energy each correspond to certain nerve bundles and major organs. For functioning best these meant to be opened and balanced too. Now lets know about where these chakras are present and what does they do physically, emotionaly ad meantlaly to us.THERE ARE 7 CHAKRAS :
- Root chakra.It strated fom bottom so the first chakra is root chakras or you can say MULDHRA. This is presents in base of the spine.Because this presents in the base it helps to feel grounded. whenever you have seen the pictures of ROOT chakra you have notices it represents in red colour. When you practice this for unlocking you will find stability and security in you life an dyou will stay focused on your goals.

- Sacral chakra it is also named as SVADHISTHANA chakra. this is located in just below your belly button and represents in Orange colour. this is responsible for creative and sexual energy. it also realted to emotions. like how all emotions.
- Solar plexus chakra this is also known as MANIPURA chakra. it represents in yellow colour.this is responsible for confidence and self-esteem and also helping to feel controlled.
- Heart chakra Heart or ANAHATA Chakra which is obousely in the middle of the chest and represents in Green colour. it is all about ability to love.
- Thorat chakra. VISHUDDHA or thorat chakra is located in thorat. it is all about for communicating. and represents in Blue colour.
- Third eye chakra AJNA chakra or the third eye chakra is located in the forehead. this if for gut feeking or you say sixth sense. if these is tunned finely you can feel strong instight. and this is represents in violet volour.
- The Crown chakra SAHASRARA or you can say crown chakra is located in the top of the head. this is represents in purple colour it is responsible for spiritual energy with the universe.

Maditation
It is the main thing whch help us to awakening chakras.First find your perfect time for maditation it could be morning evening or just before your sleep. Some people say that meditation can be only done in morning but it is ot true. it’s upto you
Sit in maditation positation and follow these methods to awaken chakras during meditation:
- Chakras starts from down to upwards so first is ROOT chakra. Join thumb and index fingers. Arm should be straight and hands on the knees. Chant chakra sound which is L-A-A-A-A-M IN long.Do this 5 min. Feel the chakra in its position which is in the base of the spine and think about the chakra colour which is RED.
- Now 2nd is SACRAL chakra. For this place your hands in your lap with your palms facing upwards,right arm will rest on the top of left. Chant chakra sound which is V-A-A-A-A-M IN long.Do this 5 min Feel the chakra in its position which is in hips and think about the chakra colour which is Orange.
- 3rd one is SOLAR PLEXUS chakra. Place your hands between your heart and stomach by joining them in namaskar but the base of your hand will touch you body and finger will face your opposite direction. Chant chakra sound which is R-A-A-A-A-M IN long.Do this 5 min Feel the chakra in its position which iS below Navel and think about the chakra colour which is Yellow.
- 4th one which is HEART chakra. Place your right hand at heart center by joining index finger and thumb and left one on the knee in same mudra.Chant chakra sound which is Y-A-A-A-A-M IN long.Do this 5 min Feel the chakra in its position which is in the center of the chest and think about the chakra colour which is Green.
- Next is THROAT chakra. Hold your hands by stomach fingerinterlaced and thumb tips touching. Focus on chakra which is present in the throat. Chant chakra sound which is H-A-A-A-A-M in long.Repeat this 5 min. The chakra colour is LIGHT BLUE.
THIRD EYE chakra. For this place yor hands in front of your chest middle fingers stand up and touching thier tips and other fingers been at first joint and facing downwards.Chant chakra sound which is S-H-A-A-A-A-M IN long by foucing on third eye.Repeat this 5 min. The chakra colour is TUORQUISE. - Last is CROWN chakra. Position is one the top of the head.For this place your handsin front of your stomach inlaced finger little fingers pointing upwards. Chant chakra sound which is O-O-O-M-M-M IN long.Repeat this 5 min. The chakra colour is PURPLE.This is all about for this post. Do this and surely you will get the results. For proper results you have to practice it al least for 3 months and after that continue it for the rest of your life. It will never disappoint you in any situation. For balacing your life specially in these day we have to focus on your phycial and mental health.
