Skin is the outermost covering of the human body, as well as many other animals. It is the largest organ of the body and acts as a protective barrier against harmful substances and microorganisms. The skin helps regulate body temperature, stores fat, produces vitamin D, and provides the sense of touch. It consists of three main layers: the epidermis, dermis, and hypodermis (or subcutaneous tissue). The epidermis is the outermost layer and is responsible for protecting the body from environmental factors. The dermis lies beneath the epidermis and contains blood vessels, nerves, and glands. The hypodermis is the deepest layer and consists of fat cells that help insulate the body and protect it from injury. The skin can vary in color, texture, and thickness depending on a person’s genetics, ethnicity, and exposure to factors such as sunlight and aging`.

- Dry
- OILY
- SENSITIVE
- COMBINATION
First of all if you don’t know what is your skin type there is some methods to get to know I am telling you one method which is always give you accurate info.
WASH YOUR FACE with normal water and wait for 30 min. And observe what your face experiencing. What your T zone is telling you if is dry, oily, sensitive. Then Your skin is dry, oily, sensitive, But it is experiencing both dryness and oil your skin is oily.
Now choose your product according to your skin.
Second thing
I want to tell you that, Not everything can get better by only using external products and treatments.Our body needs care and treatments by internal more than external care :
Internal care:
1.Start eating Foods rich in Vitamin C.
2. Increase your intake of water in a healthy manner.
3. You can add Collagen into your diet.
4. Get Skin boosting supplements which is non allergic and suitable for all skin types
5. Decrease fatty foods and also foods which can leads to constipation.
External care :

- Face wash
Use facewashs which is pareben and sulphate free.
- Toner.
You can use pure rose water as a toner which gives better results than other toners.

Use moisturizer which is not too oily for your skin untill your skin is like a hell dry. In winters you use Almond oil (Badam rogan) or coconut oil for better hydration(if it suits you)

Get serums which have Vitamin C
- Sunscreens
Many people thought that sunscreen is only useful for protecting skin by sun but its not true. It is also protect by UV rays of sun, screens, Gas Stove’s heat Any other factors which can cause skin damages. It also needs re-application.
