Pregnancy is the term,

Wait for the line occurs. If the single line is shown there it mean there is no pregnancy occurs but if there are two Congratulations You are carrying a baby in your womb. Positive results are trustable though but negetive ones are not fully trusted.
Blood test
The second of finding out the pregnancy Get a blood test done. Go to the trustable Medical test center. There will blood test done. In blood they test the HCG hormone. This blood test is much more accurate the the others methods. They measure the exact amout of HCG in uterus and tells you how much time it has been to your pregnancy.

Only try to get rest your body for only small periods not whole day untill the doctor prescribe you to bed rest.
Exercise
For keeping your pregnancy healty and yorself try to have exercise and meditation for calming the mental and physical health. Because of meditation baby also expercising the calmess.
Talk to your partner

Travelling in pregnancy cause high blood pressure which can totally give bad effect on baby or sometimes miscarriages.

Avoid chemical as much you can. In todays’s life it is difficult but try hard to limit the exposure of chemicals to you. It is really give bad effects to you and your baby. Sometime it attacks on the growth of the baby.
