Summers are all about sweat, sweat comes with bacteria and odour which is not so hygienic. In summer everyone loves to shower for feeling fresh and for hygiene. But you can’t shower for whole day, or again and again. But without shower you can’t feel the same freshness. I will reveal some secrets to you to feel fresh all day long.These tips will help you maintain a lasting feeling of freshness throughout the entire day.Here are the tips
- Exfoliate

- Choose best exfoliator glove which us so good for daily use. See you can’t scrub your skin daily. But who will look after to the dead skin, pollution, sun tan and bacteria. For that you use exfoliator hand gloves which is easily available at the market or you can order in online.
- For shower
- you can use orange peels and pinch of salt. Orange peels will look after odour and salt will look after bacteria build up. For people who have lot of sweating issue they can try this it shows amazing results. You can use Milk and rose water in your shower it provides hydration and freshness for all day long.
- Don’t use towel in summers.
- Let the body absorbs all they water drops which is on your body after shower. It will give you calmness for long time. Or if you can’t bare that much wetness on clothes you can pat dry your skin not fully, let some dampness stay there for the cooling effect.
- Wax before the shower
- . If it’s your waxing appointment or you do waxing at home choose to take shower after. Some people prefer wax after shower but in summer it will give you so much of stickiness i wll suggest you wax before the shower. You can also do a mild scrub after wax to get rid of residue of wax.

Refreshing Summer Shower Routine
- Play the music and wet your body nicely.
- Lets Start with hairs. Shampoo your hair twice a week and always dilute your shampoo. Shampoo your hair two time.
- Take Conditioner according to your hair length and let it stay for 3-4 minutes(always remember shampoo is meant for scalp not for the length and conditioner is for length not for the scalp). Now rinse it with cold water and apply Hair Mask. Leave it for 3-5 minutes minimum. But if you have dry rough hair leave it for 10-20 minutes. Cover your head with shower cap that will lock the moisture and give your hair shine.In that time you can continue with the shower routine.
- Exfoliate your body with Exfoliator glove. Be Gentle On Your Body. Rub all the areas neck, underarm, buttocks, arms, elbows, legs,feet. Pick up your Favourite body wash or shower gel. Spread it on your body. Rinse it
- It’s time for the Face wash. Wet your face, spread the face wash now start with cheeks rub it in circular motion. In in your T-zone Same the shape of T. Be gentle don’t irritate your skin. Rub it for 60 seconds.
- In this time your hair mask will be done. Rinse it with cold water and your shower is done.
- After shower care is must for your skin to lock the moisture in your skin.
Follow the steps
- Use Toner first. and pat it on skin.
- Take Gel Based Moisturizer and apply if on your skin and lift your face with normal massage.
- If it is Day time apply SPF based products. And SUNSCREEN to create a great barrier.
- And if it is night time apply night cream to repair.
- Use Roll on for underarms. Underarm needs care too and most the odour of our body is come from our under. For that you should go for alcohol free under arn roll on.
- Most of Body lotions are heavy in weight and oily take care make you feel sticiness avoid them and get light weight body lotion. Apply generous amout of it and to allover the body.
- Body mist works better in summer. Get you favourite fragrance Spray it and enjoy.
- Serum for face and hair too. Apply serum to damp hair for protection and shine. And for face for glow and hydration.
