Eat 5-6 times per day to lose weight. And these meals should be balanced and small. Your have to focus on protein and some amout of carbs. And keep in mind your never should avoid breakfast or dinner. Breakfast is most important meal of the day. It should be nice and healthy. Also dinner skipping can leads to more problems.
 

Eat before 1 to 2 hours of Sleep
