Tips for summer to protects the hair from damage

Hair wash:

Washing hairs 3-4 times in week. If you are feeling itching which is generally cause of sweat and bacteria build up. Try to wash hairs 3-4 times.

Suitable products:

Like you know you have to wash hairs 3-4 times avoid harsh chemical products it can turn you to the path of the baldness. I suggest you to make natural shampoo at home or try to purchase it from market. It’s ingredients should be like  Reeta, shikakai etc. which all should be natural only. And if your hairs stay oily and stinky after this you can use your favourite  normal shampoo only coin size amout after natural one. That too after diluting.

Conditioning:

Using conditioner is very important in our hair care routine. Some people avoid it and their hair suffers alot because Conditioner repairs hair and create a barrier to direct contact with dirt, pollution and heat. It prevents fizzy and dry hairs.

Serum:

Hair serums is so good  for every hair type use it in length after every wash. It prevents direct contact with heat too.  And provides you nourished hairs.

Drying:

Pat dry with a towel instead of rubbing vigorously to avoid breakage. Air-dry whenever possible, or use a blow dryer on a cool setting.

Massaging :

Use a wide-tooth wooden comb for massaging your scalp which boosts blood flow and boosts hair growth.
Protection:
Use heat protectant products before using hot tools like straighteners or curling irons.

Trimming:

Regularly trim your hair (every 6-8 weeks) to prevent split ends and maintain healthy hair growth.

Oiling:

Oil your hairs just 2-3 hours before washing. Not whole night or day before. Its can cause scalp infection or cloged follicles which can cause acne too.

Wear hat:

Wear hat or scarf to block the sun rays and protects the hairs from it. it will definately show you results.

Now let’s talk about routine

  • Apply oil on your scalp only in needed quantity not excessive. Massage it to boosts blood flow. Massaging your scalp gives you relaxation. Let it for 2-3 hours.
  • Now for washing choose warm temperature of water not too hot or cold. And specially in summers wash with normal tap water. Wash scalp with diluted shampoo with water. It prevents the product build up and not give harsh impact on scalp or hair. There is no need of washing hair 3-4 times in one wash. Wash only two times if your last wash 5-6 days before.
  • I have told you all the benefits of Conditioning before. So take the amout on your palm and massage your lenghts not scalp. Using conditioner on scalp can give you oily scalp and give dandruff too.
  • Now pat dry your hairs with towel and for towel use microfiber towels which let your hair air dry. Using this can give you silky smooth hairs.
  • Use serum also on lenghts and for drying you should always go with airdry or blow dry with lowest heat setting. Because in moisture bacteria devlops more n more. So try to give a quick dry.
  • For tying hairs always try to tie hairs after or two hours after drying coz after drying there are moisture too which can damage hairs.
  • Tie your hairs in scrunchies or messy buns. And braid is always a good option rather than anything.
