HEY Everyone ! its time of summer and everyone have a question which is: how to take care of your skin in this summer.
Summer is preety hard for your skin we all know that season does give impact on your skin. in summer we all sweat, have tan, dull and oily skin. Sometime this is beacuse of not takiong care of your skin enough or using wrong products.
In this post i will suggest some DO’S AND DON’TS. Which can really do magic to your skin. but if you have some skin issues or have very sensitive skin please do a patch test or consult doctor before following this skin care.And in summers you have to use “GEL BASED PRODUCTS”

SUMMER ESSENTAILS FOR TAKING YOUR CARE OF YOURSELF.
    First of all we should take about

    Cleansers or Facewashes

    Facewashes is the only thing which only rest on our skin 30-60secs.but you have to pick very precisely to make it work. In summers I will suggest cleansers or facewashes which contain Vitamin C. It will help to detan your face daily and boost the glow on your skin. And double cleanse which removes all the dirt and pollution from your skin. 1% salicylic acid based cleansers will always do amazing work for cleansing your skin and to avoid acne. beacuse acne and summers have diffrent type of relationship,they come along. Don’t go with oil based cleansers in summers beacause that can cause clogged pore and severe acne. Toners are my personely favourite and highly recommended. It makes skin so refresing and makes skin so hydrating. Because it aborbs so quicly it shows effects also fast. For toners you should use rose water toners aloevera based toners which is realy good and refreshing.

    Moistuziers

    is the step some people forgot in summers which is absolutely wrong you cannot avoid it any season.You should use gel based lightweight formulas for moisturazing skin. You can use rice water based product which can make your skin glow and provide hydrating effect. Rather than makes skin oily or dull.

    SERUMS

    In summer serums are so benefical for that you can use Niacinamide serums. Due to its lightweight it aborbs so quickly and hydrate skin finely. It often contains antioxidants and SPF. It enchances the skin texture. Its’s DONT is do not use so much of it.

    SUNSCREEN

    is essentail in every seasons so do in summer. Use lightweight sunscreen in summers to not to clog your pores and also provide protection from sun to not to get tan, rashes, burns and other severe problems which is caused by sun’s harmful rays.Use sunsceen which have ZINC OXIDE and TITANIUM DIOXIDE it creats physical barrier and protect skin surface also use sunscreen which have 50 or plus SPF. Its DONT is not to use sunscreen which have oxybenzone.

    Washing you face and body

    is normal but don’t do it frequently like 5-7 times. It can cause irritation. dryness and product buildup of facewash.

    Summer heat

    can cause heat rashes for that you can use calamina lotion. it will give sooths your rashes and giving cool effect rather than burning or irritation. DON’T use Powders For sunburn use ALOEVERA GEL instead of ice. you can use gel or fresh aloevera from your garden it will show amazing results. Aloevera have natural collagen which boosts recovery.< HAVE fruits which makes you hydrate more and more have watermelons, berries, cucumber, onion and tomatoes in salads. Rather than eating salted foods which makes you feel bloated and salt leads to make you dehydrate. Have more and more water like 3-4 lt’s. in this you can add coconut water, infused water,alkaline water, some organic juices like sugarane juice aloevera juice, kiwi juiceĀ  and fenneal seeds water.
